Small-scale producers, the landless poor and their communities are trained at block level Aqua School or through Aqua Fellows (young professionals) to learn about advances in aquaculture practices, strategic decision-making component for Bihar location, utilising aquatic plant diversify production system and ensure livelihood security.
An Aqua Fund has also been set up for farmers in aquaculture sector.
